As many of you know I turned 20 this weekend. A cool fact being that I turned 20 before Chris because of the time difference we actually had our birthdays on different days! Thursday is Tav night so we went out and celebrated my birthday there. Had heaps of fun enjoying heaps of beer! haha. (All we can afford is box wine which we call goon except on Thursdays b/c its $8 for a jug (pitcher)). Friday (my time) it ended up raining so we ended up not going to the beach. We just hung out at our apartment for awhile and then went to the store. My Australian roommate is a masseuse so I got a free professional massage. It was awesome! My roommates bought me a birthday cake so we enjoyed that as well. The next few weeks should be a lot of fun. We are taking a trip to Morton Island next Saturday and the weekend after that I think a few friends and I are going on a trip to Byron Bay for a surf camp and possibly Skydiving! Still working out the details and trying to also make plans for a weekend in Melbourne.
Oh and my new Australian Addiction: Tim Tams. They are choloate coated biscuit things. I have been averaging a package every few days.
